Truly amazing service! This was our first construction project, and we needed a lot of guidance. I couldn't articulate exactly what I wanted, but was able to share inspirational pictures and quickly received a few options. The customer service is quick and efficient, and pricing was great. Everything was delivered ahead of schedule, and matched perfectly. Most importantly we're so happy with the quality of products we received and I absolutely will be back for future projects

Jonathan recently helped me with three significant home renovation projects. Lauren our account rep, reached out to them and did everything in her power to make sure we got everything sent to us in a timely matter. Esther and Lauren helped promptly in tracking down a shipment where FedEx tracking info indicated that delivery had been made to an address different than mine. There was no error on the part of Focal Point Hardware and they helped get the FedEx tracking information corrected. Esther and Lauren were excellent at communicating the progress every step of the way with their efforts at resolving the issue. I was always kept in the loop. Great customer service! And the new front porch light fixture arrived in perfect condition.

Customer service is top-notch! One of the mirrors I ordered arrived damaged (it was shipped directly from the manufacturer in Canada). Lauren got to work on sending out a replacemet faster than I thought possible! I had been a little worried that I would not be able to get another one of these mirrors, or that the claims process would be a long one, but I had no need to worry. extremely satisfied!

Lauren in Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt in helping me return a product that was ordered on my end but didn’t fit. Then she went above and beyond in locating the correct model # for the replacement part for my kitchen faucet. I truly appreciate this help as finding the correct item was daunting. We love all of the products we received from Focal Point for our renovation. A year after install - our rechargeable lighted mirror wouldn't charge and Lauren at Focal Point worked with us and the manufacturer to get us a replacement under the warranty. Great products and service!
